The controller of personal data provided by users of the DZIUPLA-MAGAZYNY.PL (“the Controller”), i.e., the entity that is responsible for ensuring the security of your personal data, is:

What are the purposes of our processing of your personal data? How long will we process your personal data and to whom will we disclose them?

We will process your personal data, i.e., data that you have provided to use our service, to:

  1. store your personal information on our internal and/or an external server;
  2. allow you to access them when using our website;
  3. engage in profiling (for more about profiling, see below);
  4. secure your rights as a contractual party – for instance, to process a complaint;
  5. engage in marketing activities – for instance, sending to you our commercial information (this does not apply to individuals under the age of 18) – however, we may send such information only upon your consent (this applies also to individuals under the age of 18);

  9. allow you or us to establish, defend an assert claims;
  10. produce reports, analyses and statistics for our internal purposes, including in particular for reporting, marketing studies, sales development plans, IT system development plans and creating statistical models.

We may process your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., billing, payments, tax obligations), engage in marketing and statistical activities to further our commercial interests and defend our rights under our contract with you.

The above-mentioned data will be erased after three months from the date on which the last purpose of their processing has ceased to apply. Meanwhile, we will cease to process them for the following purposes within the following time limits:

  1. we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of performing our contract with you within three (3) months of completing or otherwise terminating our contract;
  2. we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of complying with our legal obligations within three (3) months from the date on which such obligations expire;
  3. we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of defending our legal interests within three (3) months from the date on which such legal interests cease to exist; however, we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of allowing you or us to establish, defend and assert your claims within three (3) months from the date on which the prescriptive period for such claims has passed, or within three (3) months from the expiry of our claims, whichever comes later;
  4. we will cease to process your personal data for marketing purposes within eighteen (18) months from their last use (this does not apply if you have given your express consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes);
  5. we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of maintaining correspondence on specific matters within three (3) months from the date of the last correspondence on the matter;
  6. we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes of sending to you commercial information electronically (subject to your prior consent) within sixty (60) months from the date of our last contact with you.

Your personal data obtained from other sources

If you or we pay (e.g., for an invoice) via a bank or payment institution, we will obtain information about the account and institution from which you made your payment, or about the account or institution to which we made our payment. We will process such data to make sure that the payment has been completed properly, credited and accounted for, or, if applicable, to make a refund.

We may also obtain your data from publicly available registers, records, etc. for the above-described purposes (concluding/performing contracts, fulfilling statutory accounting/archiving obligations, asserting our claims or defending against your or third-party claims, conducting marketing activities, and exchanging correspondence with you). We may process your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, as this is necessary for us to perform our contract with you, comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax obligations) and defend our rights under the contract concluded with you, as well as produce statistics and analyses to further our commercial interests.

Access to your personal data is restricted to those staff members at DZIUPLA SELF STORAGE SP. Z O.O. who have undergone training in line with our personal data security policy and have undertaken in writing to protect your personal data.
